Brenda Brown
is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over forty years of nursing experience. She retired from BJC Behavioral Health in May 2019 after fourteen years of providing school consultation services to multiple school districts, families, and community partners.
She has received the Special Ambassador Award from Special School District for exceptional efforts on behalf of SSD students. Brown has provided numerous presentations to school districts, professional organizations, parent groups, and police officer CIT Training. Topics range from ADHD to Trauma.
Prior to BJC Behavioral Health, Brown was employed at Nurses for Newborns and St. Louis Children’s Hospital..
