What We Do?

We cater to students’ overall well-being by providing opportunities to focus on mentorship, professional development and mental health awareness. During this program students have access to life coaches, licensed counselors, mental health education, awareness and empowerment. A De-Stress Day provides our youth with strategies to overcome traumatic experiences.

The Resilient Approach is used to enable our young people to take a barrier as a challenge and reach their individual goals.

“Ms. Davis and her team provided the Meet the King and Meet the Queen Empowerment series for the Harris-Stowe State University TRIO Upward Bound Summer Academy and did a phenomenal job engaging, empowering and exposing high school students in such a short time span. An introduction to mental health, professional development, the key to resiliency and acknowledgment of the “King” and “Queen” within were all incorporated in five week timeframe and the students were highly receptive and interactive. The end of the program, celebrated the students completion of the Empowerment series which incorporated ways to distress including yoga, positive self-talk, and recognizing the need to take a mental health break. Aside from the amazing lessons taught, Ms. Davis and the team were extremely patient, uplifting, and relatable to the students.”
